Short response: The book reflects things happening in our society; the first quote tries
to make us understand that events happening in our society exceed what we used to
see in the mass media. What the media houses report is just a tip of the reality in
society. The image of the society often portray or shown in the media is a tip from the
actual situation.
Quote 2: “In a world that has really been turned upside down, the true is a moment of
the false.”
Short response: To further support the first quote, the second quote made it clear that
the world or society has really deteriorated more than what we see or read in the mass
media. The world has turned upside down.
